The Los Angeles County Museum of Art

As social media manager for the largest encyclopedic museum in the Western United States, Lucy created a system of social media best practices used to drive engagement through multiple platforms, especially Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat. By working closely with other departments in curation, education, membership, and marketing, her campaigns exceeded targets for email capture, ticket sales, donations, and membership acquisition.

"Lucy brought her experience of working in the cultural sphere at The Met in NY to LACMA as Social Media Manager, and negotiated many great partnerships and initiatives.

She came up with endless ideas for new strategies in storytelling and staying nimble as technologies change and platforms develop, and won a prestigious Webby award for LACMA's Snapchat account.

She's a great asset to any team - fun to work with and creative."

—MIRANDA CARROLL, Senior Director of Communications, LACMA
